“You have a million ideas, just friggin' pick one.”
-my wife
One of my first posts on Substack was called skull on fire. I think it resonated with a lot of you creative types.
Tomorrow is the last day to enroll in Vision, my new class designed to help you collect your thoughts and see them through. We’ll start with a blue sky session to develop and organize your best ideas and resources and to develop them into a clearly stated project. No idea what to work on? No problem, that’s a big part of the process- narrowing in, finding clarification so you can stop dreamin’ and get to doin’.
As creators, we don’t suffer from a lack of ideas, we struggle in focusing our vision. I’ve fought the same demons. But, over the years, I’ve developed a creative framework that has helped me go from a skull on fire to getting things done.
This Friday, July 5th, Orientation kicks off for my new Vision course and I'm pretty stoked about it.
Vision will teach you a framework to capture your wild ideas and focus your vision so you can see them through. If we're going to thrive as creators in the artificial age, we're going to have to create our own opportunities.
Join me and a cohort of international creatives starting Friday, July 5th. Enrollment is now open here.
I invite you to join me and a cohort of international creatives starting Friday, July 5th for my new course: Vision: Frow Wild Ideas to a Perfect Pitch in 6 Weeks.
I'm thrilled that my friend Kyle Webster will be joining one of the sessions for a Q & A on his vision and how it led him to become an acclaimed illustrator and digital brush wizard for Adobe and Procreate. Check out his substack, The Accidental Expert.
Vision has only a few seats remaining. This is my first time running this course, and I want to work with an intimate group of enthusiastic creators.
DELIVERY
I'll meet with you LIVE weekly online for blue sky sessions, critiques and collaboration. Vision lessons are delivered through email as assignments, videos, downloads and demonstrations. You’ll connect with other students through the Think Louder Discord community.

Q: WHAT IS A PITCH?
A pitch is a proposal. It can be proposal for a book, a comic, a game, an exhibition, funding, resources, a portfolio, a new job, a new opportunity.
A pitch is the fastest way to organize a cohesive vision and communicate it with clarity.
We're Also enrolling for both Ideacraft and Voice. All three classes build on each other through a modular framework designed to help make your best creative work.
